Located in Houston’s Westchase District—a hub for the city’s energy sector—Enstor’s new headquarters transforms a long-vacant office shell into a story-driven workplace. As the largest privately owned natural gas storage operator in the U.S., Enstor sought a space that reflects its mission, people, and future growth.

Convive. served as both interior designer and project manager, leading a full-service renovation from conception through completion. The scope encompassed budget management, consultant coordination, interior design and space planning, as well as coordination of custom art, signage, lighting, and furnishings. The result is a workplace designed for flexibility across departments and built to grow with the company.

Custom details anchor the narrative: a reception desk embedded with a drill bit from one of Enstor’s assets, a lobby rug woven with their largest storage field, and glass film that echoes gas pipeline patterns. Subtle brand references in blues and warm metallics ground the space in quiet luxury—a headquarters that celebrates the people behind the mission.
